- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbs. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk (soy also works well)
- 2 medium sized bananas
- preheat oven to 400 c
- mix dry ingredients in large bowl
- add everything else to bowl and mix
- spoon into muffin pan and cook for 20 min.
